Eligibility
- Open to all developers, marketing professionals, and AI engineers
- Teams of 2-5 people (individual submissions accepted)
- Must be present for the full event duration to be eligible for prizes
Development Guidelines
- Projects must be substantially created during the hackathon weekend
- You may use existing frameworks, libraries, and pre-built components
- Previously developed code can serve as a foundation, but core functionality must be new
- Must integrate TwelveLabs APIs as a primary component
- Solutions should address real advertising industry challenges
Intellectual Property
- You retain full ownership of your work and intellectual property
- By participating, you grant organizers permission to showcase your work for promotional purposes
- No rights to your IP are transferred to TwelveLabs, sponsors, or organizers
- You may continue developing and commercializing your solution post-event

Submission Rules
- All submissions must be uploaded to DevPost by Sunday 12:00 PM EST
- Late submissions will not be considered for prizes
- Teams must present their solution live to the judging panel
- Solutions must be functional and demonstrable during presentations
Judging Criteria
Projects evaluated on: Business Impact (30%), Technical Innovation (25%), Enterprise Readiness (25%), and Presentation Quality (20%). Judges' decisions are final.
